These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miso Dental Care Clinic website and related digital channels operated by Miso Dental Care Clinic (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.

By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment through our online tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website for those purposes. Clinical care is provided under separate professional arrangements when you attend our clinic as a patient.

  • Online enquiries and appointment requests - help us respond to you; they do not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

  • Emergency care - if you have a serious or urgent dental or medical emergency, contact emergency services or seek immediate care; our website is not an emergency service.

Appointments and booking requests

  • Requests are subject to confirmation - we will contact you to confirm date, time, and any preparation needed; an online request alone does not create a confirmed appointment until we agree.

  • Changes and cancellations - please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another patient.

  • Missed appointments - repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect how we prioritise future booking requests, at our discretion and with notice where appropriate.

Patient responsibilities

To support safe and effective care, patients and visitors are expected to:

  • Provide accurate medical and dental history, medications, allergies, and other information relevant to your care.

  • Follow agreed treatment plans and post-treatment instructions unless you discuss changes with your clinician.

  • Treat our staff and other patients with respect; we do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.

  • Comply with clinic policies communicated at reception or during your visit, including hygiene and safety measures.

Fees and payment

Fees for dental services depend on the treatment provided, materials used, and any applicable insurance or third-party arrangements. Estimates given before treatment are indicative where clinical findings may change the plan.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements will be explained at the clinic. Failure to settle agreed fees may affect scheduling of further non-urgent treatment, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
